Natalia Díaz Rodríguez, Ph.D. is a Computer Engineer from the University of Granada (UGR, Spain) and has a Double PhD from the Abo Akademi (Finland) on Artificial Intelligence & Semantic – Fuzzy Modelling for Human Behaviour Recognition in Smart Spaces. She has worked on R&D at CERN (Switzerland), Philips Research (Netherlands), and completed a postdoctoral program at the University of California Santa Cruz. She worked in Silicon Valley for Stitch Fix (San Francisco, CA), a recommendation service for fashion delivery with humans in the -machine learning- loop.  She has participated in a range of international projects and she is a Management Committee member of  the European Cooperation in Science and Technology, Algorithms, Architectures and Platforms for Enhanced Living Environments. Natalia was a Google Anita Borg Scholar in 2014, a Heidelberg Laureate Forum fellow, and also obtained the prestigious Nokia Scholarship. Currently, Natalia is a postdoc student at ENSTA ParisTech (Robotics and Computer Vision group), where she is working on Deep Reinforcement Learning for visual state representation. Natalia is proficient in Python, Java, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, C#, SQL, OWL (Web Ontology Language), RDF (Resource Description Framework), NLP (Natural Language Processing), Knowledge Graph Modeling, Decision support systems, Information Retrieval, FuzzyDL (Description Logics), LaTeX, and experienced with C++, C, Objective C, Matlab, R, Groovy and Keras.
